Before you sign, we go through what you’re paying for: the car, delivery, paperwork and any extras you choose. The total and payment terms are fixed in the contract.
How do you check a car in China?
Before it ships, we check the car’s condition and make sure the spec matches what you ordered. We go through the results with you before anything else happens.
What documents will I get?
Everything you need for the handover and to register the car. The exact set depends on the car and how you buy it, so your manager will confirm the list in advance.
Is there a warranty and service after I buy?
Yes, you can come to our service centre for servicing, diagnostics and extra equipment. Warranty terms depend on the car and are set out in your documents.
When can I collect a car that’s already in stock?
We’ll agree a date once the car has been prepared for handover. Delivery times for cars ordered from China are calculated separately.
